Job Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and adaptable Associate Trainers to work with us on a Freelance basis, delivering safeguarding for education training at various levels.

About the Role

As a Freelance Safeguarding Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and assessing our training courses to the required standard. You will work with us to provide the best level of support to the health and social care system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safeguarding for education training at various levels
  • Assess training courses to the required standard
  • Work with our team to provide support to the health and social care system
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • 2+ years of teaching experience with adults/children and young people
  • Training/teaching qualification (e.g. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training)
  • Direct experience dealing with safeguarding concerns
  • Level 4 Safeguarding (for Advanced Safeguarding Lead training)
  • Experience in the field of Health and Social Care
  • A DBS check and relevant insurances in place
Desirable Experience
  • A driving licence and use of own vehicle
  • Experience of delivering virtual and face-to-face training
  • Own equipment to deliver training (e.g. laptop, printer, projector)
