Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of a newly established therapeutic home for young individuals.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team focused on the well-being and development of children and young people.
  • Support the professional growth of staff through tailored training programs aimed at achieving personal career objectives.
  • Work towards the Registered Manager position within the first year of employment.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a children's residential setting.
  • Level 3 qualifications in Residential Childcare.
  • A willingness to pursue Level 5 in Leadership & Management if not already obtained.
Additional Information

As part of our commitment to employee satisfaction, you will be included in our Profit Sharing Scheme. A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislative frameworks and Ofsted regulations is essential. A valid UK driving license is also required.

The advertised salary reflects an average of 8 sleep-ins per month, with a standard working week of 39 hours on a rota basis.
