Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Administrator to join our Transfer of Care Hub team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of discharge data, producing daily and weekly reports, and providing administrative support to the Transfer of Care team.

Main Duties
  • Support the Transfer of Care teams on both sites to ensure accurate reporting of all discharge data
  • Submit accurate reports and weekly/daily data
  • Cleanse data daily
  • Ensure all other administrative duties are completed to support the Transfer of Care Hub team
  • Update TOCH systems and other NHS systems
  • Cover CIC site when admin is off
  • Communicate effectively with MDT and other professionals
  • Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Demonstrate good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
