Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing corrective actions to maximize warehouse efficiency.
  • Develop and review forecasts with customers, utilizing labor and other resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and Standard Operating Procedures, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Foster effective employee relations through formal and informal communication channels.
  • Manage customer relationships to deliver high levels of service and maintain strong partnerships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement of operational efficiencies and warehouse performance while minimizing costs.
  • Strong team management and coaching skills, with the ability to drive and implement change.
