The Opportunity

We are establishing a Global Corporate Strategy team responsible for shaping the overarching strategic vision and direction of our organization as part of an annual strategic planning cycle. This team will collaborate closely with the CEO and Executive Board to identify the portfolio and operational priorities essential for executing our strategy. Additionally, the Corporate Strategy team will spearhead initiatives addressing the most pressing strategic challenges faced by the company.

The Lead Strategy Consultant will play a pivotal role in formulating recommendations for key strategic issues through methodical analysis. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in strategy consulting and/or Corporate Strategy teams within the Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess market/customer trends and the competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities for SoftwareONE.
  • Analyze internal financial performance to devise strategies that will foster profitable growth.
  • Collect qualitative insights by engaging with subject matter experts and facilitating workshops.
  • Simplify complex information into clear insights and recommendations using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
  • Collaborate with Executives, the Board, and other senior stakeholders to define enterprise-level strategies and transformation initiatives, effectively communicating these strategies to both internal and external audiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative working style.
  • Able to lead projects and communicate effectively in multicultural and multinational settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic consulting with a leading strategy firm or within a Corporate Strategy function in a Technology company.
