Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Twenty Four Seven Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory movements.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Process and manage orders, including receiving and processing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of warehouse operations.
- Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks, including updating inventory records and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $11.44 per hour, with additional $3 per hour for evening shifts.
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular rate, including weekends.
