About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance and operations staff, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standard, and providing support to internal management and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of maintenance and operations staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of facilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal management and external clients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company policies

Requirements- Previous experience in a facilities management role, preferably in an operational, technical, or project environment
