Role Responsibilities

  • This position will be part of a well-established Salesforce team, operating from the company's central office and reporting directly to the Salesforce Manager.
  • You will engage in a variety of project-oriented tasks across key Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, within a DevOps framework.
  • In addition to project work, you will play a crucial role in managing ongoing operational responsibilities, addressing tickets escalated from a central service desk to effectively support a user base exceeding 200 individuals.
  • Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and resolving issues to enhance the customer experience, ensuring adherence to best practices to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
  • While the main office is centrally located, this role offers significant flexibility for remote work, with the expectation of attending team meetings at the office 1-2 times monthly.
  • Occasionally, there may be minor weekend commitments to assist the sales team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Salesforce Systems Specialist role will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable Salesforce Administrator position.
  • A robust understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in user management, data governance, and security protocols within Salesforce.
  • Experience in creating automations and user interface elements using flows.
  • A valid Salesforce Administrator certification.

Compensation Package

  • A competitive salary ranging from £40,500 - £50,000 annually.
  • A generous bonus scheme of 15%.
