Chartered Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are working exclusively with a highly successful and forward-thinking practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers based in Central London.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially biased Chartered Building Surveyor to join a dynamic team as a mid-tier professional, reporting to senior management and responsible for direct client liaison and junior team member supervision.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Building Consultancy services, with experience in office and retail fit-out projects, and a good understanding of property assets across the lifecycle.

The role offers a mixed workload with a project bias, including Building Surveys, Defects, Dilapidations, and Buildings Insurance Advice. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to progress to Associate Directorship and beyond, as the company continues to grow and expand its services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercially biased Building Surveyor with a strong background in Building Consultancy services
  • Mid-tier professional, reporting to senior management and responsible for direct client liaison and junior team member supervision
  • Mixed workload with a project bias, including Building Surveys, Defects, Dilapidations, and Buildings Insurance Advice
  • Opportunity to progress to Associate Directorship and beyond
What We Offer

The successful candidate will be working in a hybrid environment, with 3 days per week in a central London office, close to Liverpool Street, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the UK.
