About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our Amazon Freight EU team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our key customers, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and grow existing portfolios of strategic shippers, achieving volume goals with best-in-class service.
  • Maintain high levels of engagement from strategic customers, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Be the voice of the customer, guiding product development and iterations to meet their evolving needs.
  • Identify and lead complex projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve experience.
  • Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to various audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Lead by example, coaching other team members to ensure success as a team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
