Job Title: Test Instrumentation Engineer

Job Summary:

Leonardo is seeking a highly skilled Test Instrumentation Engineer to join our Structural Test Laboratory team in Yeovil. As a key member of our team, you will provide electrical and electronic support to the laboratory, managing the design and installation of test rigs and instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical and electronic systems for test rigs and instrumentation
  • Manage the installation and calibration of instrumentation systems
  • Provide technical support to the laboratory team
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in electrical or electronic engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including circuit design and instrumentation
  • Experience with test rig design and development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
