We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer Lead to join our team at Parkinson Gray Associates. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical design services and working closely with our framework of appointed M&E Consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of value engineering and sustainable building design, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be commercially astute and able to provide full detailed electrical design specifications for schemes of mixed value and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all electrical design services and ensure high-quality designs are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Electrical Building Services Design Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design engineering, with a strong focus on leadership and project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong grasp of value engineering and sustainable building design.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
