Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Design Engineer to oversee all electrical design services running through our preconstruction team. The successful candidate will report to the M&E Design Manager and work closely with a framework of appointed M&E Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full detailed electrical design specifications for schemes of mixed value and complexity
  • Work closely with the M&E Design Manager and appointed M&E Consultants
  • Quality check electrical design services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Professionally qualified Electrical Building Services Design Engineer
  • Strong grasp of value engineering and sustainable building design
  • Commercially astute and client-facing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
