Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest level of operational excellence in HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Cyclical Processes: Manage promotional processes, annual reviews, salary reviews, and bonus reviews to drive business growth and employee engagement.
- Team Development: Support and develop the HR Operations team through regular 1-1s, reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Data Management: Ensure all HR system data is up-to-date, accurate, and audited on a regular basis.
- Process Improvement: Streamline and automate processes and systems to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Review and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, GDPR regulations, and company policies.
- Reporting: Provide regular HR reports to the HR Director and business stakeholders with narrative and context.

What We Offer:
