Financial Services and B2B Global Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services and B2B Global Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Forseven. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Financial Services strategy and B2B initiatives at the regional level, supporting the delivery of tailored financial solutions to drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement financial services and operational processes and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain adequate reporting and proactive mitigation measures to ensure the delivery of financial solutions on time.
- Work closely with Sales & Aftersales departmental heads to map and develop comprehensive customer journeys, working in close collaboration with the Customer Experience & Innovation team to bring those journeys to life.
- Build and optimize Financial Services and operational processes and policies that will be required across multiple regulated environments.
- Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
- Sound experience in Financial service solutions.
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of insurance products is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of a scale-up environment and the need to build robust processes to set the business up for success.
