Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Knapp UK. As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a shift team of 6, including Deputy Team Leader, Engineers, and Automation Assistants. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of the site, managing critical breakdowns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a shift team of 6, including Deputy Team Leader, Engineers, and Automation Assistants
  • Manage critical breakdowns and ensure fast response times
  • Responsible for PPM Planning, appraisals, holidays, disciplinary concerns, and absence
  • Work closely with the customer and site Knapp Leadership team to ensure accurate communications

Requirements:

  • Recognised engineering qualification
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Strong communication skills to manage the shift
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment
