About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team at COS, a fashion brand that offers innovative design, elevated essentials, and wardrobe icons. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
  • Sell products, including starting conversations, processing deliveries, and merchandising the latest garments
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of textile materials and fashion trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
