Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Development Manager to join our team at Bluetree Recruits Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and driving the business relationship between our clients and key customers, delivering the company sales plan and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Business Strategies
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop business plans that deliver the account strategy and meet business planning requirements.
- Analyse account and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalise on these opportunities.
- Manage Account Relationships
- Manage and control account investment and maximise return on investment.
- Ensure agreed account targets are met and present the company plans, goals and strategy to key stakeholders.
- Drive Business Growth
- Drive company brand awareness within the account and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage the relationship and interface for key accounts and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Degree educated with between 1 to 2 years' account management experience.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to negotiate sales and handle accounts, organise/prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Deliver consistently high-quality customer service and understand UK retail horizon and impact of consumer purchasing patterns.
