Job Summary
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our residents to provide the best possible care and support. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living routines, including personal care, and providing emotional support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living routines, including personal care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Encourage social activities and update care plans as needed
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements
- No experience necessary, as we provide online training and face-to-face support
- A desire to help and make a difference in the lives of others

Pay and Hours
£11.66-£12.43 per hour, with the opportunity to progress to higher rates after completion of a 3-month probation period.
No more than 36 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns to suit your needs.
