About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Peninsula Care Homes Ltd in Paignton. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
  • Update care plans and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
