Job Overview

The successful Credit Risk Manager will be responsible for implementing credit risk strategies to mitigate potential risks, improving credit risk processes and systems, and working closely with the Accounting & Finance department to manage credit risks. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing credit risk strategies to minimize potential risks.
  • Enhancing credit risk processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to manage credit risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing regular credit risk profiles to management, highlighting areas of improvement and potential risks.
  • Supporting the collections process and overseeing DSO reports to ensure timely payment.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in credit risk management and implementing changes to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

To succeed as a Credit Risk Manager, you will require:

  • A background in credit collections and risk management, with a strong understanding of financial statements and credit risk methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze complex data to inform credit risk decisions.
  • Knowledge of credit risk tools and technologies, with the ability to implement and maintain effective credit risk systems.
