About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating credit risks within our high-performing sales business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to inform, train, and advise on clients and their suitability for credit.
  • Implement credit risk strategies to manage potential risks and exposures.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement in credit risk management.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to manage credit risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Report on credit risk profiles to management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the collections process and oversee the DSO reports, ensuring timely and effective credit management.

Requirements

  • Background in Credit Collections and Risk Management, with a strong understanding of financial statements and credit risk methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with credit risk tools and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
