Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on CDM regulations and health and safety best practices.
  • Assisting project teams with design and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conducting health and safety audits and inspections to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Developing and managing pre-construction information to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Conducting design risk assessments and reviewing construction phase plans to ensure safety protocols are in place.
  • Delivering training and workshops on CDM and health and safety to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of CDM regulations and the Building Safety Act.
  • A background in construction or design, with a focus on health and safety.
  • Extensive experience in delivering CDM Advisor services, with a proven track record of success.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Consultancy experience is highly desirable, with a focus on health and safety.
