About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled UX Copywriter to join our team. As a UX Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling product discovery experiences that bring our clients' products to life.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a unique tone of voice that resonates with our clients' target audience
  • Collaborate with designers to create engaging product discovery experiences that drive user engagement
  • Write impactful, snappy copy that communicates complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Work with product management and other stakeholders to prioritize and visualize content strategies
  • Analyze customer research and data to inform content decisions and improve content effectiveness
  • Measure content performance and iterate based on data-driven insights
  • Support the team in solving content challenges and providing coaching and mentoring as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in SaaS product discovery experiences
  • Experience with design optimization based on user insight and data
  • Experience developing wider copy and creative strategies
  • An eye for detail and a passion for crafting high-quality content
  • Experience working in Agile or Lean product teams
  • Experience working in consumer businesses (Fintech experience a plus)
  • Experience writing UX copy for mobile app products
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
