Produce Procurement Specialist

Kandhu Ltd is seeking a skilled Fresh Produce Buyer to support the growth of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality produce for our major retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of produce.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global produce market, including seasonal fluctuations and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fresh produce industry.
- Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
