Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored support to adult residents in accordance with personalized support plans.
- Assist individuals in developing essential independent living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, physical activity, and social engagement.
- Motivate and guide residents to regain their confidence and skills for independent living.
