About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Parkside Office Professional. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Enquiry Management: Manage customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and helpful responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ticket Management: Open, update, and manage tickets/cases in our system, ensuring that customer expectations are met and contract terms are adhered to.
  • Delivery Management: Manage deliveries in line with customer expectations, liaising with 3rd party warehouses and other supply chain contacts to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support and Escalation: Respond effectively to customer queries and complaints, resolving issues and escalating to other teams as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and profitability.
  • Customer Account Management: Ensure that customer account records are up to date and accurate for audit purposes.
Requirements
  • PC Skills: Proficient in Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, and Word.
  • SAP Experience: Advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work on own initiative, think outside the box, work under pressure, prioritize workload, multitask, and coordinate activities across departments.
