About the Job

As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing and reconciling high volumes of purchase invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Reconciling company bank accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyzing financial data

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and good communication skills are also required.
