About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transport Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transport operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of transport operations, including job schedules and driver information.
  • Coordinate with drivers and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documents, including invoices and delivery notes.
  • Provide administrative support to the transport manager, including data entry and filing.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the transport department.
Requirements
