About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the overall project activities for the South West Region. As a Programme Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring all members of the team operate safely and are focused on delivery on time, to cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects across the South West Region, ensuring customer requirements are achieved through effective project management.
  • Support and manage Project Managers, Installation and Technical teams, and liaise with project support teams.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure effective planning and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction sector.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites in the South West Region.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as ALLMI/CPCS Appointed Person or Project Management certification.
