Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement computer vision applications utilizing data from fixed cameras or drones.
- Analyze images related to industrial environments such as power plants, refineries, and petrochemical facilities.
- Select appropriate classified image libraries and algorithms to create anomaly detection applications.
- Program applications to automate detection processes effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency with various imaging formats.
- Assist in the setup and execution of product demonstrations.
- Test and refine algorithms to enhance video image analysis and detection sensitivity.
- Evaluate state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms and recommend optimal solutions on a case-by-case basis.
- Develop and automate applications for routine inspections utilizing drones.
- Implement and optimize analytics and machine learning algorithms on specialized computing architectures.
- Provide secondary support and resolve issues for active applications at client locations.
- Contribute to the knowledge base through training and mentoring of colleagues.
- Establish benchmarks for technical performance.
- Support the Sales team during the bidding process by providing technical clarifications.
- Assist project teams with estimates, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Develop solution architecture and prepare drafts for design reviews.
- Contribute to project documentation and client training initiatives.
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science from a recognized university.
- 10 years of comprehensive experience in delivering end-to-end analytical solutions, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of AI and Advanced Analytics projects in the Oil, Gas, and Chemical sectors.
- 8 to 11 years of experience in developing computer vision applications using AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with computer vision frameworks and image libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Proficient in Python and C scripting languages.
- Experience in industrial computer vision applications leveraging AI.
- Familiarity with drone-based data analytics (preferred).
- Knowledge of the latest computer vision frameworks and pre-trained models.
- Experience in industrial automation use cases utilizing computer vision and AI.
- Certification in AI, Data Analytics, or Deep Learning is advantageous.
- A personal GitHub account is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to support engineering decisions.
- Experience in real-time video analytics pipelines.
- Expertise in drone-based data analytics and modeling for anomaly detection.
- Experience in the process or power industry is preferred.
- Strong documentation skills, including report writing and project protocols.
- High technical aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical presentation skills.
