Job Summary: Randstad Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Principal Hardware Engineer to join our team in the defence industry. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex electronic systems.
About the Role:
- Take ownership of projects from concept generation to system demonstration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement electronic design solutions using a broad range of skills, including analogue and digital design, and concept design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions using agile or formal methods.
- Utilize FPGA experience to design and implement high-speed digital Printed Circuit Boards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electronic design and ability to take control of your own workload.
- Strong understanding of analogue and digital design principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Arrangement: 3 days a week in the office.
