About the Role:

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, collaborating with the Head Chef, and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring a consistently excellent dining experience for our guests.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Monitor and control kitchen inventory, managing stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
