As a Care Home Manager at SPATCO Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for the overall success of our care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the care industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, team engagement, and external regulatory outcomes.
- Manage the home's finances, including budget planning, cost control, and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, the CQC, and other external stakeholders.
- Drive the development and growth of team members, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Relevant care-related qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4/5, Diploma in Social Welfare/Community Support).
- Experience working at a management level in a similar care setting, ideally with evidence of favourable CQC compliance ratings.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to apply the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010, the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009, and the Care Act 2014/15.
