Trainee Field Engineer (Water Industry) Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Field Engineer in the Water Industry. As a Trainee Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining sensors and monitoring equipment on the Wastewater network.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install and configure sensors and monitoring equipment on the Wastewater network.
  2. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the Wastewater network.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Wastewater network and its associated systems.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve issues affecting the Wastewater network.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  1. Full driving licence essential.
  2. No prior experience necessary, as all training will be provided.
  3. Previous electrical or mechanical experience an advantage.
  4. Relevant academic qualifications an advantage.
  5. Strong work ethic and desire to learn quickly during training.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Flexibility to accommodate business needs.
