Job Title: Partner

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious accounting professional to join our team as a Partner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our accounting services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality accounting services to clients, with a strong focus on business advisory and full-service accountancy. You will be responsible for overseeing tax and audit provision, assisting in strategic planning and delivery, and ensuring the high-quality provision of accounting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business advisory and full-service accountancy services to clients
  • Oversight of tax and audit provision
  • Assist in strategic planning and delivery of business services
  • Ensure high-quality provision of accounting services
  • Development and growth of new clients and opportunities
  • Oversee and support projects and initiatives as necessary
  • Department management and staff development ensuring employee performance and delivery

Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Demonstrable history of career progression in accountancy practice
  • Proven record of accomplishment of developing new and profitable revenue streams
  • Technically proficient in all areas of accountancy
  • Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Experienced leader who leads by example and inspires others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
