About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher KS2 to join our team at a school in The New Forest, Southampton. As a Primary Teacher KS2, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering holistic development for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a vibrant and inclusive learning environment, promoting academic excellence and social growth.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans, collaborating with colleagues and parents to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Set high expectations, inspiring and motivating learners to reach their potential, and demonstrate excellence in classroom teaching.
  • Build trust and confidence among pupils and colleagues, cultivating a sense of team commitment within the classroom.
  • Engage students with dynamic and tailored lessons, addressing their diverse learning needs and promoting a love of learning.
Requirements
  • Hold QTS or equivalent, with a strong desire to work in a SEN setting.
  • Exhibit proactive, energetic, compassionate, flexible, and adaptable qualities, with a proven track record of teaching experience.
  • Provide a verifiable work history, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and establish strong relationships.
  • Possess a full UK driving license, with a willingness to work in a residential setting.
