About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher KS2 to join our team at a school in The New Forest, Southampton. As a Primary Teacher KS2, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering holistic development for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a vibrant and inclusive learning environment, promoting academic excellence and social growth.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with specific needs, collaborating with colleagues and parents.
  • Set high expectations for all students, inspiring and motivating learners to reach their potential.
  • Engage students with dynamic and tailored lessons, addressing their diverse learning needs.
  • Build trust and confidence among pupils and colleagues, cultivating a sense of team commitment within the classroom.
Requirements
  • Must be based in the UK and not require sponsorship.
  • Holds QTS or equivalent is essential.
  • Exhibits proactive, energetic, compassionate, flexible, and adaptable qualities.
  • Provides a verifiable work history and demonstrated teaching experience.
  • Strong desire to work in a SEN setting and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license is desirable.
