We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Alliance Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide professional and confidential support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer elements of defined processes, following specific procedures and established standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using paper or electronic systems as required.
- Update and interrogate databases, downloading and manipulating data as needed.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff, including diary management and other tasks.
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of administrative work, working with limited supervision.
- Provide customer-focused support to telephone and face-to-face enquiries, using specialist knowledge and subject matter expertise as required.
- Create, update, and format documents and spreadsheets, using agreed standards.
- Undertake general office duties, including making travel arrangements, raising invoices, and dealing with seized cash.

The selection process will consist of shortlisting and interview. Applications will be anonymized and then shortlisted by the shortlisting panel. Following shortlisting, you will be notified of the recruitment decision via email, along with feedback on your application.
