Family Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Coordinator to join our team in Wales. As a key member of our Family Support team, you will work closely with families and individuals affected by spinal cord injury to provide emotional support and practical guidance throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Your role will involve building relationships with healthcare professionals, managing a caseload, and making referrals for ongoing support from a range of partners and statutory agencies. You will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our service users and will be committed to delivering high-quality support that is tailored to their individual needs.
