Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Field Service Engineer to work on both break-fix and preventative maintenance projects for leading retail organisations across the UK. This role will cover the geographical location of North Wales, offering a unique chance to work with a variety of clients and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support and maintenance services for EPOS, IT, and break-fix equipment
  2. Identify and resolve basic issues with electronic equipment
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a financial and retail technology company and play a key role in the break-fix and repair of clients' equipment. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the potential for extension based on client demands.

Requirements:
  1. BS7858 vetting Level 5, including Scottish Disclosure and Credit Check
  2. Manual driving licence with a maximum of 6 points

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Travelling to various client sites to complete installations
  2. Adhering to company policies and procedures
  3. Being highly motivated and customer-focused
  4. Confidently driving company vehicles

You will be provided with a van, fuel card, smartphone, laptop, and on-the-job training to ensure your success in this role.

Remuneration:

Standard day rate of £134.46 per day via an Umbrella company. Overtime rates apply for work exceeding 10 hours per day, including travel and a 1-hour break. On-call rates are also applicable.

Shift Pattern:

5 days from 7, with a standard day between 8am and 6pm, including travel time and a 1-hour break. No restrictions on the number of sites per day. You will be required to complete on-call duties 1 in 3 weeks, with additional payment for this service.
