Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Assist solicitors with managing a diverse range of housing law cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, evictions, and homelessness cases.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct client interviews, gather relevant information, and maintain regular communication to update clients on case progress.
  • Documentation: Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Legal Research: Perform thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide up-to-date information on housing law developments.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining case files, and managing deadlines.
  • Court Preparation: Assist in preparing cases for court hearings, including compiling evidence and organizing bundles.

Requirements:
