Housing Solicitor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Housing Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Limited in London. As a Housing Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of housing law cases, including homelessness, disrepair, and possession actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on housing law cases
  • Work on a wide range of housing law cases, including homelessness, disrepair, and possession actions
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • Understand the legal aid system and its application to housing law cases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively represent clients in court, tribunal, and other forums
  • Ability to empathise with clients and provide clear and concise advice
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience in housing law
  • Good working knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • Understanding of the legal aid system
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathise with clients
  • Ability to provide clear and concise advice
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
