We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant with Autism experience to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to students with Autism, ensuring their individual needs are met and their potential is maximized.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with Autism.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social interaction and participation among students.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with Autism, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students and the school.
