About the Role
As Director of Social Media, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring the social media team to achieve business objectives.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Collaborating with the Head of Strategy to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

- Working closely with the Director of Client Services to ensure seamless integration with client and business objectives.
About You
- Approximately 7-10 years of experience in social media, preferably within an agency.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- A hands-on approach to challenges and a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Confident leadership and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and stay current on industry trends.
- Experience contributing to a growth-oriented, culture-driven organization.
- Leadership skills, collaboration, and active listening.
