About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Applications Support Analyst to join our IT team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our business users, ensuring they get the most out of our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve service desk tickets related to assigned applications, documenting resolutions and actions taken.
  • Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
  • Support the business with system reports and day-to-day system operations.
  • Prepare maintenance and upgrade schedule proposals for review.
  • Lead system upgrades tasks, including UAT management.
  • Work with our training academy to support new application users.
  • Provide support and advice to application users to maximize technology efficiencies.
About You

We are looking for a methodical, proactive, and analytical applications specialist with previous experience supporting and advising a business on system capabilities. You will be a confident systems administrator with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment and take initiative with your responsibilities.

Knowledge of Qube, Civica CX, COINS, or PeopleHR is a distinct advantage, but we encourage applications from those with experience working with SaaS and third-party applications in a commercial environment.
