About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Manager to join our team at SC Staff and Consult. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our fee earners and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of admins and PAs, including training, recruitment, work allocation, employee relations, and appraisal and review processes.
  • Provide administrative support to our fee earners, including travel arrangements and coordination of meetings.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the effective operation of the office.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience of managing and developing a team of admins and PAs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
