Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Support Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a classroom setting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of educators, including a specialist teacher and another support assistant.
  • Utilize communication strategies such as PECS and Makaton to enhance student engagement.

Candidate Requirements
