We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to join our team at E-Resourcing Ltd - Specialist I.T. Recruitment. As an Application Analyst, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our company's systems and applications suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of assigned projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Contribution to the development of the company's IT strategy and roadmap for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Technical lead for the deployment, development, and maintenance of company systems and applications, including support and business continuity processes.
  • Management and delivery of projects related to system upgrades, maintenance, and performance measurement.
  • Development and implementation of proactive (BAU) activities to ensure the smooth operation of company systems.
  • Acting as an escalation point for internal support and subject matter expert for colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Experience with the M365 platform and SharePoint administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, or similar automation/integration tools.
  • Knowledge and support of Windows Server operating systems, core services, and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, procedures, and toolsets.
  • Good working knowledge of T-SQL and PowerShell scripting.
