Pertemps Bond is seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to join our client's thriving organization in Tamworth.

As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the monthly payroll and related tasks.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Execute and process complex payroll cycles each month.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including time and attendance system management.
  • Calculate and process workplace pensions monthly, submitting data to the pension provider.
  • Submit accurate payroll information to HMRC and other relevant authorities on time.
  • Update time and attendance system balances with overtime payments.
  • Handle ad-hoc payroll administration tasks.
  • Generate end-of-month payroll data for Group and Local Management Teams.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience using Sage 50 Payroll software.
  • Familiarity with time and attendance systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
