Pertemps Bond is seeking a dedicated Payroll Coordinator to join our client's thriving organization in Tamworth.
As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the monthly payroll and related tasks.
Your Responsibilities:- Execute and process complex payroll cycles each month.
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including time and attendance system management.
- Calculate and process workplace pensions monthly, submitting data to the pension provider.
- Submit accurate payroll information to HMRC and other relevant authorities on time.
- Update time and attendance system balances with overtime payments.
- Handle ad-hoc payroll administration tasks.
- Generate end-of-month payroll data for Group and Local Management Teams.
- Proven experience using Sage 50 Payroll software.
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
- Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes from initiation to completion.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
